A girl who wants to study hairdressing in Paris. To save money for this, she works as a soap girl, traveling around the country with men in search of high-paying establishments. Her technique is superb, and she becomes No. 1 at every establishment. Her next stop is Yoshiwara. There, too, she quickly becomes No. 1, and continues to earn money despite being ostracized by her female colleagues. One day, she reunites with her childhood friend, who is a police officer. He doesn't know that she is a soap girl and treats her with the same image he had of her in the past. Seeing her childhood friend like this makes her feel miserable as a night butterfly...
