Nelly, a business administration student, is enrolled in an outrageously expensive degree program, doing an unpaid internship at a high-end financial consulting firm, and working part-time in catering. But she can only afford a room in a shared apartment with her childhood friend Bonnie—and faces the prospect of spending years paying off her student loans. When she happens to run into her former coworker Giulia, who now works as an escort, a completely different path opens up for her to make a lot of money very quickly.
